## Description

My black cat loves to 'stare' and they 'meow' for the same reason; -to get attention and just ponder. They've no need to communicate in this way with other cats, or unfamiliar humans. As well as a method of communication, 'staring' is also a sign of a close bond between you and your cat, as they're unlikely to hold eye contact with someone they don't like or trust. It's said that cats see humans simply as nothing more than unusual big cats.

My pondering cat saw its reflection in the calm water, then backed away unsure of the motion, as it believes they are seeing another cat. Cats can't understand that they're seeing themselves. So, as all cats do, this kitty decided to look at gentle moving forms; - the sailboat and clouds, out in the vast ocean, since they don't represent something that's a potential threat.

Cat staring depicts them being cautious of their surroundings, so keeping an eye on people, signifying their continuously curious.
