## Description

Psychosis is a manifestation of mental illness that develops over time. A person with psychosis has an impaired relationship with reality & may experience loss of motivation, social withdrawal, hallucinations, & may develop suicidal thoughts. Support & treatment is needed to fully recover from or manage the condition, before it worsens. which can manifest in a variety of ways. Having visited a 'Mental Illness Ward' at a hospital for a study I did at University, for a Psychology course, I was given permission to  observe & take notes, without disrupting any patient. Fascinating & scary also.
