## Description

DIGITAL comes from digit which is the minimum computing unit, as the pixel is to the digital image. The physical ancestor of the pixel is the point, which can be found in both Signac and Lichtenstein. 
DIGITAL ART includes anything that can computer-generate a moving or still image: photos, videos, man-made objects, virtual beings, holograms, cartoons or computer-controlled projections, virtual or augmented reality. By extension, we also include printed frozen images from digital creations and 3D prints.
