## Description

Inspired by childhood.
This piece speaks of the amazing memories of growing up as a kid in the City of Lagos, Nigeria.

"What are childhood memories
without rolling tires around the street in pants,
without getting hurt and yet be filled with so much happiness,
without loosing one or both legs of our beautiful slippers…
without leaving the house all neat and clean to come back looking homeless and so unkept

What are childhood memories
If we don’t wish we could be 5 years old or even way younger again..

Days of natural happiness
Days of pure love
Days when we fight each other just to reconcile at the same spot so we can all play together again…

Oh beautiful memories of childhood
If wishes were horses, beggars would ride…"
