## Description

Growing up, I was always considered different, or slow, as it was called back then.
In my teens I was I placed in different troubled youth programs, counseling, etc.
At 19 I was formally diagnosed with schizophrenia, that led to numerous hospitalizations, homelessness etc.
With the help of social programs and crisis interventions, I’m no longer in and out of the system.
