## Description

As a kid, life was very depressing, lots of loneliness and sadness.
Throughout my teens I had major depression but was undiagnosed.
In my 20’s with the help of therapy I began to understand why my level of sadness wasn’t normal.
Today I remember the blue days and am very grateful I found understanding.
