## Description

Summer 2022 marks my first summer living in Iceland.

The eternal light of summer is something that is hard to get used to but also very special to experience. This is my kitchen. We didn't clean or arrange or fix anything here for the photo. Just how it was at midnight as the sun dipped behind the horizon.

In most of all my art, I do a lot of editing and retouching. As I grow as a creative, I am slowing down with how much I do to make my photos "better". 

Although it has helped me be more creative, I don't share many images that aren't heavily edited because I am not as confident in my images without that extra editing.

NFTs has felt like a chance to be true to who I am as an artist and traveller. I got interested in photography from the journalism and documentary work I saw as a child. As a novice to photography, I felt that I needed to learn photoshop and complicated editing techniques to get pretty photos. But since joining NFTs I have felt more accepted in sharing the images that mark the moments of my life as I explore the world.

So here is my life, in a series of unfolding beautiful snaps as 1/1s because thats what they are to me.
