## Description

Quite often I get inspired by landscapes. This particular one was motivated by my travels in Asia. When I create a landscape it is the shapes, angles, linear forms that I manipulate, with colours being bold & brilliant. I use arbitrary colours, along with secondary to tertiary colour mix into different parts of the composition, which has the viewer's eye move around the whole image. I don't like to create focal points. I don't add fine detail, as I prefer keeping the artwork simple, as a minimalist style more than anything else. The forms capture the essence of what I had perceived.
