## Description

The subtle paintings of the mystic Agnes Martin (1912-2004) must be seen in real life – photographs don't do them justice. She left the art scene in New York and built herself an adobe house in the desert. She lived alone, practiced Taoism and Zen Buddhism, and painted her visions of the transcendental reality.

Part of the collection "And then the hare got drunk" by Gunzi Holmstrom.
