## Description

What is mindfulness? 

We often think we need to meditate and empty our mind, whatever that may mean exactly, in order to find inner peace. 

But perhaps it can be better described as being fully here and now, in the moment, because this moment is all there is and will never return.

So even though these Buddhist monks may not seem to be engaged in Buddhist practice, upon closer inspection the opposite might be true.
