## Description

It was a calm evening at the beach, just as the sun was setting. I observed the man in the boat, who had finished his day's fishing and was on his way home. I liked the lyrical idea of the Sunset and the prevailing darkness, but also of the light left behind for the boatman to go home after a long day's labor, only to return for the following Sunrise. This cycle is never broken.

As a photographer, I enjoy capturing moments that symbolise our daily lives. For me, this was one of those memories that I wanted to have forever because it offers me a sense of hope, brightness, and faith even in the darkest of times. And I want people who see this image to feel the same way.
