## Description

I found a version of myself
in an airport gift store

stuffed for comfort and worn to the point of bleeding
by fingers that penetrated
eyes
or mouth
in search of a souvenir

later I woke to a pillow hanging
from my neck
crying
on a flight I didn’t book

all of those years and all of those fingers

stretching to accommodate
more polyester fiberfill
